When you submit a ticket to DBMXPCA Support, the ticket is assigned a unique Ticket ID # and password. Immediately after submitting a ticket, the automated ticket system will send you an email with all the details regarding the newly-created ticket, which will include the Ticket ID # and the password that will be required to access and modify the ticket online.

#### IMPORTANT ####

The ticket password that is created and emailed to you after your ticket submission is a unique, one-time, randomly-generated password that can NEVER be changed or recovered. If you lose this password, you will PERMANENTLY lose access to your ticket!

For your own safety, please be sure to keep a permanent copy of the post-confirmation email you receive after your initial ticket submission so that you do not lose the ability to access or modify your ticket.

When finished, please check and make sure that the information is as accurate as possible, and that you have included all possible details so that we can best assist you. When finished, click Submit Ticket. Please be patient and do not click your browser's back or refresh button after submitting your ticket, otherwise you may interrupt the submission.
